Dear Sir and Brother
The Government have not relaxed social distancing restrictions this week as they have concerns that in the run up to mid-Autumn there may be too many social events where the virus could be spread.
Catering restrictions continue to be evening dining permitted up to midnight, limited to 50% of the dining capacity, minimum distance between tables, and 4 people to a table.
Everyone should follow the hygiene measures that have been laid down by the Government and where applicable the additional measures required at meetings. The measures required at Zetland Hall are listed in the Zephyr.
Masks must be worn in all areas of the building other than when dining.
The 'You Decide' policy remains in force whereby masonic orders should consider the current risk factors and decide themselves on whether or not to hold a meeting.
The entrance is now controlled by an electronic lock and you will need your membership card to access the Hall. Please read the weekly Zephyr for updates on Zetland Hall facilities.
Everyone must use their membership card on entering so that we have a full and accurate record of members present to assist in any future 'track & trace' process should a virus infection be detected.
A review will be conducted on 1 October 2020 based on any information published by the Government at that time.
